For 4 people Required 1 bunch of basil 2 sprigs of rosemary 4 or 5 sprigs of thyme 1 bunch of parsley leaves 100 g grated aged cottage cheese 4 garlic cloves 75 g pine nuts or almonds 3 dl olive oil Pinch of Sea salt Freshly ground black pepper PREP. Boil 2–3 kg of mussels and stall that on the side. Remove the stems from the herbs and put that through the blender together with the garlic. Mix the gree blend with the cheese, nuts or almonds.
For 4 people
- 1 bunch of basil
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 4 or 5 sprigs of thyme
- 1 bunch of parsley leaves
- 100 g grated aged cottage cheese
- 4 garlic cloves
- 75 g pine nuts or almonds
- 3 dl olive oil
- Pinch of Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Boil 2–3 kg of mussels and stall that on the side.
Remove the stems from the herbs and put that through the blender together with the garlic.
Mix the gree blend with the cheese, nuts or almonds.
Finish with the olive oil and season with salt pepper.
Cook the pasta.
Stir the sauce and mussels into the hot pasta and serve with any salad.
