Ponies were crossed with small thoroughbreds for riding and tournaments. This cross-breeding was done for the enjoyment of humans.
They are ponies in size and can reach up to 148 cm. But their proportions and movements are reminiscent of thoroughbreds. They are mainly found in England and come in all standard horse colours.
