Zelenskyy might win an Oscar, but the EU can go hungry!
Hyping things up via social media is getting out of hand. And that is an understatement!
Volodymyr Zelenskyy is a president doing critical work for his country. This man, bold as he is, is fighting a war — a war fought with dangerous weapons where people and animals are dying — human rights violations on all sides, reducing non-Ukrainians to non-existent.
Yes, he used to be an actor and a comedian, but that WAS his past. His job as the president of Ukraine is not an act. Definitely, not an entertaining gig to take lightly.
Although deserving of a peace prize, in my opinion, presidents should not be getting nominations for Oscars. Of course, there is a first for everything, but actors, screenwriters, comedians, and other entertainers deserve an Oscar. Zelenskyy is a president.
Most of the internet, especially social media, is concerned about how Volodymyr Zelenskyy once played a president as an actor, and he supposedly manifested his current job. And how he won a comedy challenge.
There were even speculations about a Hollywood movie from the first week of the war in Ukraine. People?!

Popular news sites — daily hype — social media are a pain for our psychological wellbeing. Popular social media culture is a hazard because over-information makes regular humans lose focus on what matters — bombarding people with nonsensical information to distract people. Some of it is even disguised as news from the region to bend the truth on what is happening. There is so much information on Ukraine that it exceeds the overwhelming factor. What will happen is the least desired, i.e. the opposite of interest in severe global issues.
Why is geopolitics more important to Putin than the Christian-Judeo formula? Wasn’t that the West’s anti-war secret?
